About the Author
Sina Ebnesajjad is the series editor of Plastics Design Library (PDL) published in the William Andrew imprint of Elsevier. This Series is a unique series, comprising technology and applications handbooks, data books and practical guides tailored to the needs of practitioners. Sina was the editor-in-chief of William Andrew Publishing from 2005 to 2007, which was acquired by Elsevier in 2009.

He retired as a Senior Technology Associate in 2005 from the DuPont fluoropolymers after nearly 24 years of service. Sina founded of FluoroConsultants Group, LLC in 2006 where he continues to work. Sina earned his Bachelor of Science from the School of Engineering of the University of Tehran in 1976, Master of Science and PhD from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, all in Chemical Engineering.

He is author, editor and co-author of fifteen technical and data books including five handbooks on fluoropolymers technology and applications. He is author and co-author of three books in surface preparation and adhesion of materials, two of which are in their second editions. Sina has been involved with technical writing and publishing since 1974.

His experiences include fluoropolymer technologies (polytetrafluoroethylene and its copolymers) including polymerization, finishing, fabrication, product development, failure analysis, market development and technical service. Sina holds six patents.

Sie fragten ihn, aus welcher Vollmacht er handle. Jesus stellt, wie es in seinen Streitgesprächen im Markusevangelium üblich ist, eine Gegenfrage. Er fragt sie danach, ob die Taufe des Johannes vom Himmel oder vom Menschen sei. Wenn die Schriftgelehrten, Hohenpriester und Ältesten auf diese Frage geantwortet hätten, wäre ihre eigene Frage auch beantwortet gewesen. Da sie sich aber zu keiner der beiden Antwortmöglichkeiten entschließen können, sagt Jesus einfach, dass er ihnen auch nicht sagt aus welcher Vollmacht er handelt. Irgend wie macht mich diese Antwort sehr unglücklich, da es für mich den Anschein hat, dass Jesus wie ein kleines trotziges Kind reagiert: „wenn ihr mir das nicht sagt, dann sag ich euch das andere auch nicht!“
Andererseits fasziniert es mich, dass die Gegner Jesu in diesem Streitgespräch selbst darauf kommen, aus welcher Vollmacht Jesus handeln könnte, auch wenn sie es ihm gegenüber nicht zugeben wollen. Da das Volk Johannes den Täufer als einen Propheten anerkennt, könnten sie sich eingestehen, dass Jesus aus himmlischer Vollmacht handelt, aber dann wären sie angreifbar, wegen ihres vorhergegangenen Unglaubens gegenüber Johannes. Eine schwere Situation für alle Beteiligten, wenn man von Jesus absieht.

Zunehmend läuft die Produktion automatischer und die Ausbringungsmengen der Konzerne steigen rapide an. Ich werde in meiner Hausarbeit auf die historischen Gründe dafür eingehen. Ein Meilenstein für diesen Fortschritt stellt der s. g. Fordismus (1913 – 1975) dar, er ist die Verbesserung des Taylorismus und verbindet die grundlegenden Merkmale des Taylorismus mit technisch verbesserten Produktionsanlagen.

Weitergehend möchte ich in meiner Hausarbeit darauf eingehen, warum die Einführung des Fordismus in Deutschland erst ein Jahrzehnt später erfolgte als in den USA und welche Gründe dafür vorlagen. Das möchte ich speziell, als repräsentatives Beispiel für die Automobilhersteller in Deutschland, an Daimler-Benz und Opel verständlich machen. Die Herstellungsverfahren in der Zeit des Fordismus änderten sich in Deutschland in kürzester Zeit, von der Handarbeit zur fließenden Arbeit bzw. Fließbandarbeit, insbesondere von selbständigen Arbeitern hin zu s. g. „Gruppenarbeit“. Diese Zeit des Fordismus ist für Sozialwissenschaftler von äußerster Brisanz, da von dieser Zeit sozialpolitische Richtungen ausgehen. Im späteren Verlauf werde ich darauf noch eingehen.

Diese Worte richtete Joseph Görres in einem Brief an A. Günther. Görres war einer der wenigen, die am 25. Mai 1845 auf dem Münchner Südfriedhof Franz von Baader das letzte Geleit erwiesen. Während sie zwanzig Jahre zuvor noch miteinander im Eos-Kreis publizierten, war es in den letzten Lebensjahren Baaders zu diversen Auseinandersetzungen und Streitigkeiten zwischen den beiden gekommen. Dennoch blieb Görres den Verdiensten, die Baader um die katholische Theologie und den Stellenwert Münchens als katholisches Zentrum Deutschlands hatte, gewahr.
In der vorliegenden Arbeit sollen Baader, seine Zeitgenossen und deren Wirken dargestellt werden. Der erste Abschnitt dieser Arbeit widmet sich der Beziehung Baaders zu Friedrich Wilhelm Joseph von Schelling, deren Freundschaft über die Jahre erkaltete. Es soll erläutert werden, was zu dem Bruch der beiden führte, ohne jedoch näher auf philosophische Theorien und Ansichten einzugehen. Hierbei stütze ich mich besonders auf Zovkos „Natur und Gott. Das wirkungsgeschichtliche Verhältnis Schellings und Baaders“. Des weiteren finden sich wichtige Zeitgenossen Baaders natürlich im Eos-Kreis, zu dem auch Sailer, Görres und Döllinger gehörten. Hier soll das staats- und kirchenpolitische Wirken der Gruppe, ihre Aktivitäten, Visionen und Zielsetzungen behandelt werden. Darüber hinaus wird die Geschichte der Eos, ihr Aufkommen, Ende und ihre Wirkung kurz beleuchtet werden. Als Quellen möchte ich hier besonders Jansen „Die Nazarenerbewegung im Kontext der katholischen Restauration“3und Pörnbacher „’Kräftig in die Zeit eingreifen’. Die katholische Zeitschrift Eos und ihr Kreis“ hervorheben. Beginnen wird die vorliegende Arbeit mit einer kurzen biographischen Einleitung zu Franz von Baader, stützend auf Siegl „Franz von Baader. Ein Bild seines Lebens und Wirkens“.
