Reiches. Geht es um Erziehung, wird häufig der Bund deutscher Mädel (BDM) oder auch die Hitlerjugend (HJ) genannt. Für mich stellte sich die Frage, wann denn die Erziehung im Nationalsozialismus ihren Anfang nahm. War es im Kindergarten oder doch erst in der Schule. Diese Hausarbeit beschäftigt sich mit der Frage, wie der Nationalsozialismus mit Säuglingen umgegangen ist und ob sich die allseits bekannt Erziehung zum Massenmenschen bereits in diesem Lebensabschnitt niederschlug. Ursprünglich war darüber hinaus noch die Beleuchtung der Vorschulerziehung vorgesehen. Da ich aber im Laufe des Ausarbeitens feststellte, wie umfangreich das Thema der Nationalsozialistischen Säuglingspflege ist musste ich leider davon Abstand nehmen. Im ersten Abschnitt werde ich die Erziehungsgrundsätze Hitlers vorstellen. Diese Grundsätze werden sich durch die gesamte Arbeit ziehen auch wenn ich nicht immer explizit darauf hinweise. Vor allem aber beschäftigt sich die vorliegende Hausarbeit mit den Erziehungsbüchern von Johanna Haarer. Deshalb folgt im zweiten Abschnitt eine kleine Abhandlung des Lebens von Johanna Haarer, verbunden mit der Geschichte der Haarer-Erziehungsbücher. Im dritten Abschnitt gehe ich auf die Stillpropaganda im 3. Reich ein, welche einen hohen Stellenwert in der Nationalsozialisten Säuglingspflege einnimmt um anschließend den Ernährungsrhythmus welcher den NS-Müttern vordiktiert wurde zu erläutern. Schlussendlich werde ich dann auf die Frage eingehen, welchen Sinn diese Methoden der Säuglingspflege für die Nationalsozialisten hatte. Dies geschieht im Abschnitt Beeinträchtigung der Mutter-Kind-Beziehung. Im wesentlichen habe ich mich auf drei Autoren gestützt. Auf Grund dessen, dass es sich hier um eine Seminarhausarbeit handelt habe ich davon Abstand genommen, sämtliche Sekundärliteratur auszuleihen, und verlasse mich auf die Angaben der drei Autoren. Zumal es sich hauptsächlich um Literatur aus den 20er, 30er und 40er Jahren handelt ist es sehr schwierig diese Literatur in den Bibliotheken zu finden.

About the Author

Michael Khonsari is the holder of the Dow Chemical Endowed Chair and Professor of the Mechanical Engineering Department at Louisiana State University where he directs the Center for Rotating Machinery (CeRoM). Professor Khonsari is a fellow of ASME, STLE, and the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS). He holds several patents and he has authored two books and over 240 archival journal articles, book chapters, and special publications. He is currently the chief editor of the ASME Journal of Tribology.

Mehdi Amiri earned his Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from Louisiana State University where he is currently a research associate in the Center for Rotating Machinery (CeRoM). His area of research is in the field of fatigue and fracture analysis. He holds one patent and has authored several journal publications. His research interests include thermal/fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, tribology, and failure analysis.

Diese „Investitionsentscheidung“ soll - dem ökonomischen Prinzip entsprechend - rational getroffen werden. Es soll unter gegebenen Alternativen diejenige gewählt werden, die die maximale Auszahlung verspricht, i. S. v. Arbeitsleistung und Erfolg. Insbesondere der Auswahl von Führungsnachwuchskräften kommt eine große Bedeutung zu. Der „War for talents“ ist zu einem viel zitierten Begriff geworden, der die Brisanz des Themas beschreibt. Unternehmen entwickeln immer neue Methoden, die Besten für sich zu gewinnen. Die Frage ist nur, wie die Besten tatsächlich identifiziert werden können. Trotz des Einsatzes bewährter Personalauswahlinstrumente kann nicht eindeutig determiniert werden, welche Leistungen ein Unternehmen tatsächlich erhält. In der Literatur wird die Unsicherheit bei Personalauswahlentscheidungen vermehrt unter dem Aspekt ungleich verteilter Informationen der Akteure diskutiert und somit wird ein verstärkter Bezug zur mikroökonomischen Analyse personalwirtschaftlicher Aufgaben hergestellt. Bislang war das Personalmanagement sehr stark durch eine verhaltenswissenschaftliche Ausrichtung gekennzeichnet und von „Ökonomie nur Spurenelemente“ zu finden. Im Zuge der Weiterentwicklung der Mikroökonomie und der Abkehr von der Prämisse vollkommener Märkte, von denen vollständige und kostenlose Informationen angenommen werden, ist der Weg frei für realistischere mikroökonomische Analysen von Märkten, die tatsächlich durch zahlreiche Informationsasymmetrien gekennzeichnet sind. Vor diesem Hintergrund werden Erklärungsansätze, die sich auf Informationsasymmetrien beziehen, auch unter dem Begriff „Informationsökonomik“ zusammengefasst. Im Rahmen dieser Arbeit soll der Prozess der Auswahl von Führungsnachwuchskräften aus informationsökonomischer Sicht analysiert werden. Den theoretischen Bezugsrahmen bildet die Prinzipal-Agenten-Theorie, deren Gestaltungsempfehlungen im Vordergrund stehen. Es soll der Fragestellung nachgegangen werden, ob diese zur Effizienz des Auswahlprozesses beitragen. Dieser Analyse vorangehend sollen die Begriffe Rekrutierung und Führungskraft bestimmt werden. Danach soll die hier fokussierte Gruppe der Führungsnachwuchskräfte zu Führungskräften, insbesondere Topmanagern, abgegrenzt werden. Im Anschluss daran erfolgt eine Erläuterung der Grundzüge der Prinzipal-Agenten-Theorie.

Richard Rosoman is a Probation Officer. He has a Diploma in Probation Studies Degree from De Montfort University, and qualified six years ago. Die infauste Diagnose eines Kindes führt daher häufig zum Erleben einer persönlichen Grenzsituation, welcher viele Beteiligte ohne bekannte Handlungsstrategien gegenüberstehen. Progredient erkrankte Kinder sind nicht von der allgemeinen Schulpflicht befreit und werden in Berlin nach § 10a des Schulgesetzes zumeist in Sonderschulen beschult. Verschlechtert sich das Befinden des Kindes, wird der Schulbesuch durch längere Aufenthalte zu Hause, in Kliniken oder im Kinderhospiz unterbrochen, jedoch bei besserem Befinden wieder aufgenommen. Die psychosoziale Situation dieser Kinder unterscheidet sich zudem stark von der anderer Kinder. Trotz der offensichtlichen Relevanz, findet die Gruppe der progredient erkrankten Kinder und der pädagogische Umgang mit der ThematikTod und Sterbenkaum Betrachtung in der heutigen Lehrerbildung. Verursacht durch die fehlende Qualifikation auf diesem Gebiet, können Lehrer nur unzureichend auf die Bedürfnisse dieser Schüler eingehen und erleben eine berufliche Hilflosigkeit, die nicht selten in eine berufliche Identitätskrise führt (vgl. Ortmann 1999: 383). Eine Sterbebegleitung seitens des Lehrers findet nur selten statt. Im pädagogischen Umgang mit Kindern mit infauster Diagnose gelten zudem veränderte Zielsetzungen, welche in Richtung der Förderung von Wohlbefinden verschoben sind. Bislang gibt es kaum Konzepte zur Förderung progredient erkrankter Kinder, auf die der Lehrer im Bedarfsfall zurückgreifen kann. Die Entwicklung eines Konzeptes, welches den Zielen der Förderung dieser Kinder gerecht wird, erscheint daher zwingend notwendig. Ein geeignetes Konzept zur Förderung des Wohlbefindens kann Snoezelen bieten. In der folgenden Arbeit wird ein geeignetes Snoezelenkonzept an Hand der Bedürfnisse progredient erkrankter Kinder entwickelt. Da dieses Konzept ausschließlich auf Kinder mit infauster Diagnose ausgelegt ist, bietet sich die Entwicklung des Konzeptes am Beispiel eines Kinderhospizes an. DerSH. - Hospiz für Kinder, Jugendliche und junge Erwachsenein Berlin-Pankow dient, auf Grund eines bereits vorhandenen Snoezelenraums, als praktisches Beispiel zur Entwicklung des Konzeptes. Two poems present biblical narratives, the story of Lot's wife and an imagining of Noah in his old age. Other poems nod to favorite authors: one poem is in the voice of the character Babo, from Herman Melville's Benito Cereno, while another is a kind of prequel to Emily Dickinson's "She rose to His Requirement."

As inventive as they are observant, these memorable lyrics strive for revelation and provide their own revelations.

About the Author
Gary J. Whitehead is the author of two previous collections of poetry. His work has appeared in the "New Yorker" and has been featured on Garrison Keillor's public radio program the "Writer's Almanac." Whitehead teaches English at Tenafly High School in New Jersey and lives in New York's Hudson Valley.

Charming and Lovely

Introduced to the author in a New Yorker and glad I was - these pieces are great and I find myself turning to them often. In point of fact, I've not yet finished the volume but every time I pick it up the poem of the moment perfectly hits the spot. 'Sleeping With My Dog' was eerily on point...others are deep and insightful, always enjoyable. Recommend a read.

Great Book of Poetry!

I really liked this book of poetry. I luckily also got to go to a reading with Gary, and it was great. His poetry is subtle yet complex and also very relatable and easy to read. There were many instances where I was really impressed with his insight. I would definitely recommend it.
