Die Prozessgestaltung muss dabei aus der Kundenperspektive heraus erfolgen und sich an den Bedürfnissen und Erwartungen der Kunden orientieren. Ziel der Arbeit wird es sein, Möglichkeiten der Förderung von Kundenzufriedenheit durch die Gestaltung von Dienstleistungsprozessen aufzuzeigen und auf Voraussetzungen für die Realisierung zu untersuchen. In Abschnitt 2 soll das zugrundeliegende Verständnis von Kundenzufriedenheit, deren Entstehung sowie ihre Bedeutung für den Unternehmenserfolg dargestellt werden. Dabei wird insbesondere auch auf dienstleistungsspezifische Besonderheiten eingegangen. Anschließend wird in Abschnitt 3 der Prozesscharakter von Dienstleistungen verdeutlicht und Möglichkeiten der Visualisierung sowie der Analyse von Dienstleistungsprozessen aufgezeigt. Wie der Aufbau und der Erhalt von Kundenzufriedenheit in die Prozessgestaltung konsequent einbezogen werden kann, soll in Abschnitt 4 betrachtet werden. In einem Ausblick zeige ich, neben einer kritischen Betrachtung, weitere Einflussfaktoren auf.

Grundlegende Ziele der Reform sind die Liberalisierung des Firmenrechts, die Modernisierung des Kaufmannsbegriffs und verschiedene Neuregelungen im Recht der Personenhandelsgesellschaften.
Das bisher geltende Handels- und Gesellschaftsrecht sollte zugunsten einer größeren Handlungsfreiheit der Unternehmen einer Deregulierung und Vereinfachung unterzogen werden, um möglichen Nachteilen im europäischen Wettbewerb entgegenzuwirken.
Das Zentrum des Handelsrechtsreformgesetzes bildet die Neukonzeption des Kaufmannsbegriffes nach den §§ 1 bis 4 HGB. Der bisherige Begriff des Kaufmanns, der im wesentlichen bereits aus der Ur-Fassung des HGB`s vom 1.1.1990 stammte und schon seit langem als unzeitgemäß und in seiner Abgrenzung als überkomplex betrachtet wurde, wurde nun zum ersten Mal richtig verändert. Dieses Reformvorhaben ist bereits seit Ende des Jahres 1991 in der Diskussion als der Deutsche Industrie- und Handelstag (DIHT) an das Bundesministerium der Justiz (BMJ) mit der Forderung herantrat, das Handelsrecht zu vereinfachen.
Aufgrund eines Beschlusses der 63. Justizministerkonferenz im Mai 1992 wurde im September eine Bund-Länder-Arbeitsgruppe „Handelsrecht und Handelsregister“ unter dem Vorsitz des BMJ geschaffen. Nach Vorlegung eines Zwischenberichtes im März 1994 gegenüber der Konferenz der Justizministerinnen und -minister wurde am 18.7. 1996 schließlich ein Referentenentwurf des BMJ vorgestellt. Die Einzelheiten dieser Konzeption blieben auch nach Beschlussempfehlung des Rechtsauschusses gegenüber dem Regierungsentwurf vom April 1997 unverändert, so daß letztlich der Bundestag am 3.4.1998 nach Abschluß seiner Beratungen der Gesetzesvorlage in den Ausschüssen das Handelsrechtsreformgesetz verabschiedet hat.

Sarabande is a novel presented mostly through the rapid-fire interactions of the characters in one-on-one situations or in small groups. Most of the novel revolves around the male protagonist, the journalist Pavlo Dudnyk, who takes his schoolhood friend Sara Polonsky as his second wife.

Sara, who blossomed from an inconspicuous overweight adolescent into a vivacious woman, used to mock him in school with the nickname “Underbutt” for his bony derriere that always needed padding on the classroom chairs. When Pavlo marries Sara, he doesn’t realize at first that he’s also married into her extended family, Sara’s band of Polonskys, with their myriad quirks and manifestations of peculiar behavior.

The novel presents a number of small slices of life and is filled with lively repartee. There are many comic moments, and the novel is saturated with a great amount of word play and humor. It gives the reader a good deal of insight into the everyday lives, loves and tribulations of Ukrainians living today.

"Who's saying what?"

This book was first published in Ukrainian in 2008. Its translation was published in 2013 by a UK-based publisher called Glagoslav, famous for publishing the popular SF novel "Metro 2033", its sequels and perhaps also its online games.
Found the first four chapters of this book (it has ten) hard going and occasionally confusing and turned to the internet to see if I was not wasting my time. On Amazon.com, two reviewers rated this book four and five stars. No reviews on its UK, DE and FR sites. What irked me most is the amateurish way this novel's EN version has been produced: loud praise about the author on the back cover and its preface. And its poor translation that never gives the book the energy or flow its author perhaps had in mind, will annoy other readers sooner or later. Add dumb grammatical, idiomatical, punctuation (dashes) and even spelling errors like eating 'meet' or drinking chicken 'bullion'. It looks like a very rough, first draft of a translation, first tape-recorded, then transcribed by some voice recognition device. Too many sentences go nowhere or make no sense. Dialogues are chaotic, hero Pavlo's inner voice is a mess.
Of course there is another possibility, namely that this is a groundbreaking experimental work whose gravitas I am unable to grasp. If so, it is still poorly edited. Whatever. I finally gave up on page 116.

Unique and Interesting

Another review told all about this book, but I would like to add that I found it very enjoyable for a book that I didn't think was going to be something I was going to really like. I found the story very interesting and the characters quirky and fun to read about. Their antics made me laugh and it was a good stress relief book for me, not s for some of the charters however especially Pavlo. For anyone who has lots of friends that come to visit often and won't leave soon enough and for those who have friends that think they are very entertaining in all ways, but are definitely not, then you should really like this novel.

Sara's Motley Crew!

What would you feel like if you came home to a house full of eccentric strangers who commandeer your bedroom and insist on playing the same song on the piano over and over? Pavlo Dudnyk finds himself in this position when he moves in with his girlfriend Sara. From his quiet, ordered, bachelor's existence, he becomes caught up in a maelstrom of family activity when her relations Gestapo and his son Emile come to stay along with their rather fragrant friend, Terry the Alsatian.

Emile, a 12 year old prodigy who isn't afraid of drawing attention to his as yet unrecognised genius at every available opportunity, constantly plays Handel's `Sarabande' (the theme song from Barry Lyndon if you're a film fan). This annoying habit - alongside Emile's many other unusual traits - drives Pavlo absolutely bonkers.

Larisa Denysenko's scenes of beautifully crafted chaos are a joy in themselves, but also act as set pieces for her hilarious dialogue. The author's talent for dialogue is most evident in the lectures the precocious Emile subjects Pavlo to on an almost continual basis. In slight disbelief about how his house is descending into bedlam around him, shell-shocked Pavlo finds himself living a life that doesn't seem quite his own anymore - a life where he's forced to sleep in the kitchen, become chief dog walker and listen to endless tales about Sara's extended family. As more characters enter the state with each chapter, we find ourselves wondering just what has happened to our eponymous heroine - where is Sara herself?

The fact that I was laughing out loud almost every other page is the main reason I recommend this book. Although some of the themes from the original book (particularly around Jewish identity in Ukraine) probably aren't as recognizable to the average English reader as they would have been to the original audience, this isn't really important because Sarabande: Sara's Band is simply so much fun to read. It's very much a non-linear narrative, filled with non-sequiturs and flashbacks. The author is especially skilful in using these literary devices to develop her characters, most of whom we can sympathise with on some level - despite their peculiarities!

About the Author
The philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche was born in Prussia in 1844. After the death of his father, a Lutheran minister, Nietzsche was raised from the age of five by his mother in a household of women. In 1869 he was appointed Professor of Classical Philology at the University of Basel, where he taught until 1879 when poor health forced him to retire. He never recovered from a nervous breakdown in 1889 and died eleven years later. Known for saying that “god is dead,” Nietzsche propounded his metaphysical construct of the superiority of the disciplined individual (superman) living in the present over traditional values derived from Christianity and its emphasis on heavenly rewards. His ideas were appropriated by the Fascists, who turned his theories into social realities that he had never intended.
R. J. Hollingdale has translated eleven of Nietzsche’s books and published two books about him. He has also translated works by, among others, Schopenhauer, Goethe, E. T. A. Hoffmann, Lichtenberg and Theodor Fontane, many of these for the Penguin Classics. He is Honorary President of the British Nietzsche Society, and was for the Australian academic year 1991 Visiting Fellow at Trinity College, Melbourne.

Foreword

Seeing that I must shortly approach mankind with the heaviest demand that has ever been made on it, it seems to me indispensable to say who I am. This ought really to be known already: for I have not neglected to ‘bear witness' about myself. But the disparity between the greatness of my task and the smallness of my contemporaries has found expression in the fact that I have been neither heard nor even so much as seen. I live on my own credit, it is perhaps merely a prejudice that I am alive at all? ... I need only to talk with any of the 'cultured people' who come to the Ober-Engadin in the summer to convince myself that I am not alive . . . Under these circumstances there exists a duty against which my habit, even more the pride of my instincts revolts, namely to say: Listen to me! for I am thus and thus. Do not, above all, confound me with what I am not!

prelude to madness

This is an exhilarating, sobering, beautiful, sad, scary book. The product of a great intellect on the brink of madness, it clearly reflects the encroaching grandiosity characteristic of general paresis, the form of neurosyphilis which together with the meningovascular form ultimately killed him. Within three months of writing Ecce Homo, Nietzsche suffered a complete mental breakdown from which he never regained his sanity. He was nursed by his mother and sister until his death in 1900. They suppressed publication of Ecce Homo until 1908 due to its disturbing content. Yet it provides valuable insights into his philosophy. Before we yield to the temptation to feel sorry for him, let us remember that Nietzsche's philosophy was first and foremost about affirming life in all its tragedy. As he once remarked, "all philosophers are united in their low estimation of pity."

I have always found his writings deep and memorable, he was way ahead of his time in the 19th century. He was truly a great thinker whether you agree with him or not. This book can be read in a little over an hour.

Great for Quite Time; OK for Quotes by Christians

I enjoy this book for two reasons:
(1) It has a short verse (or a few short verses) of the Bible for each day of the year and a quote by a well-known (or not so well-known) Christian regarding that (those) verse(s). Some of the well-know Christians quoted are Martin Luther, C.H. Spurgeon, J. Hudson Taylor, Pascal, and D.L. Moody himself (he uses the word "selected" to signify his own quotes).
(2) The book has an index of Scriptures quoted in the book, so it may use it to find quotes to use when teaching on a specific verse of the Bible.
What this book lacks: The full names are not given for some of the Christians quoted. Mr. Moody assumes his readers know who they are. Also, there is no index of Christians quoted, so you may not easily search for the quotes by author.
One of my favorite quotes of the book is this quote by Moody: "The preaching that this world needs most is the sermons in shoes that are walking with Jesus Christ."

Great

We all need to slow down and allow God to talk to us. It seems I am always doing the talking and requesting and given my shopping orders. This book helped me to see we need to be quite and listen for God to give us Peace. No I haven herd Him say anything or seen a burning bush but I have had His Word the Bible show me what I was looking for or needed. The folks in Thoughts for the Quite Hour found the same thing. Worth reading, many times !
